Keep aspect ratio?
On by default — height follows width. Unlock to stretch (distorts).
Upscaling?
Allowed, but you cannot invent detail. Prefer at-or-below original resolution.
cm to px?
px = cm ÷ 2.54 × DPI. At 300 DPI, 3.5cm ≈ 413px and 4.5cm ≈ 531px. For ID photos use Passport photo size.
Are my files stored on a server?
No. Images are processed with Canvas in this browser; there is no upload request at all. Closing the tab clears memory.
